These Affiliate Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the EarnLabWithAI Affiliate Program, operated by IZEE Business Solutions & Web Services (Private) Limited (“we”, “us”). By applying to or joining the program, you agree to these terms.
1. Joining the Program
The program is free to join. Every application is reviewed manually, and we may approve or reject any application at our discretion. You must provide accurate information, including your payout details.
2. Referral Links and Tracking
Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link. A referral is tracked for 30 days from the click on your link. If more than one affiliate refers the same person, the last referrer within the tracking period receives the credit.
3. Qualifying Referrals
A qualifying referral is a new client who reaches us through your link or referral code, enters into a paid project with us and makes the payment. Existing clients, your own purchases and referrals that cannot be verified do not qualify.
4. Commission
The commission rate is 20% of the net amount we actually receive for a qualifying project. Taxes, advertising budgets, third-party costs (such as domains, hosting and software) and refunded amounts are excluded. We may change the commission rate for future referrals with notice on this page.
5. Approval and Payment
- A commission becomes approved 7 days after the project or order is marked completed.
- Approved commissions are paid on the 15th of every month, once your approved balance reaches the minimum payout of $10.
- Payments are made by bank transfer using the details you provide. You are responsible for keeping them accurate.
- If the minimum is not reached, your balance carries over to the next payout date.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
If a client’s payment is refunded, cancelled or charged back, the related commission is cancelled. If it has already been paid, we may deduct it from future payouts.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Referring yourself or people in your own household or business.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messages or misleading advertising.
- Fake clicks, fake leads or any attempt to manipulate tracking.
- Making false claims about us or guaranteeing income, results or rankings.
- Using our brand names in a way that suggests you are us or an official partner.
8. Disclosure
You must clearly disclose to your audience that you may earn a commission when they use your link, as required by applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules.
9. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes that apply to the commissions you receive.
10. Termination
We may suspend or end your participation, and withhold unpaid commissions, if you breach these terms or if we suspect fraud. You may leave the program at any time by contacting us.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after an update means you accept the new terms.
