Getting Started
Is the affiliate program free to join?
Yes. There is no joining fee. We review each application and approve it manually.
How do I join?
Open the Affiliate Portal, create an account and fill in the registration form, including how you plan to promote us and your payout details.
Who can become an affiliate?
Bloggers, freelancers, agency owners, community admins and creators can all apply, as long as they promote honestly and follow the Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
Commissions
How much commission do I earn?
You earn 20% of the net amount we receive for a qualifying project. Taxes, ad budgets, third-party costs and refunded amounts are excluded.
How long does tracking last?
A referral is tracked for 30 days from the click on your link. If more than one affiliate referred the same person, the last referrer receives the credit.
When is my commission approved?
Seven days after the project or order is marked completed.
What happens if the client asks for a refund?
The related commission is cancelled. If it was already paid, it may be deducted from your future payouts.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals, and referrals from your own household or business, do not qualify.
Payouts
When do I get paid?
Approved commissions are paid on the 15th of every month.
What is the minimum payout?
The minimum payout is $10. If your approved balance is lower, it carries over to the next payout date.
How are payouts made?
By bank transfer, using the details you gave when you registered. Please keep them up to date.
